| Simulation modeling and condition assessment technology of gas turbine power plant can assess operation conditions of gas path components and its sensors in real-time, and arrange maintenance plans reasonably, which has great significance to improve safety, reliability and economy of gas turbine power plant. Taking the gas turbine power plant as the object of study, this dissertation focuses on the method of its operation conditions assessment, and develops condition assessment technology of gas turbine power plant, mainly as follows:Firstly, adopting the ideal of block modeling, the thermodynamic model for the single shaft gas turbine has been established on the APROS simulation platform. The accuracy of the simulation model is verified through comparing the simulation results with the experimental data. According to MARK VI control algorithm, gas turbine control system was built, and the process of load rejection was simulated in this paper. Results indicated that the designed control system can match the thermodynamic model well and also can control the dynamic process of plant effectively. The established simulation model in this paper can be used for super real-time simulation of the actual process and make control strategy to eliminate potential safety through simulation result.Secondly, the method of gas path fault diagnosis was discussed based on simulation model. Based on APROS simulation model, the extended state space model was built through improved fitting method. The paper focuses on extended kalman filter in the application of gas path fault diagnosis, points out defects of this method and proposes the improved strong track filter to make the the gas path diagnosis faster dynamic response, higher precision and strong anti-interference ability.Furthermore, the sensor fault diagnosis method was presented. The key sensor fault effects on gas path fault diagnosis was analysed, and an ensemble of kalman filters were used to monitor the condition of key sensors condition. According to the situation of numerous sensors in gas turbine, a gas turbine of sensor fault diagnosis method based on RITNN was used, it can solve the problem of multiple sensors fault concurrency, and provides a reliable source of data for condition monitoring.Lastly, on-line gas turbine power plant condition assessment system was developed, and the software design idea, system structure, actual application effects were given. |
