Detection technology experiment course in automation for improveing students'pr actical ablility to analyze and solve problems is very important. But the current detect ion experimental devices on the market lack of flow and level detection experiments, which are difficult to satisfy teaching requirements. Remote teleoperation experiment s ystem without geographical and time constraints facilitate students to carry out and co mplete experiments flexibly.At the same time, such systems do not need teachers' guid e on duty, for which they are welcomed by the majority of teachers and students.The main work of this thesis is to design and develop a "remotely operable com prehensive platform system of flow and level detection experiments" which needs desi gn flow-adjustable pipeline on the experiment platform, select and install flow, level, q uality measurement instruments along the pipeline, design embedded controller for devi ce control and data measuring online, and develop server and remote client application software for remote functional verification experiment.The main contents of this dissertation include:(1)analyse functional requirements of the experiment platform, determine system performance, select equipment components, design mechanical connection of the components;(2)design, product, test embedded co ntroller hardware and software system for device control,data sampling, and remote co mmunication;(3)design the server and client software to complete remote communicatio n and remote operation of experimental features;(4 design test experiment to test and validate the designed specifications and remote operation function of the platform,then do some systemic data analysis.This thesis has six chapters:chapter one shows an overview of the background re search status of domestic and foreign researchment on this topic; chapter two describe s the overall design of the experiments platform which includes system architecture an d the adjustment of flow and level, selection of measurement equipment; the third ch apter analyses embedded controller hardware design of the experimental platform inclu deing the main circuit, power supply, serial communications, valve control, Ethernet co mmunication, LCD interface, SD card interface circuit; the fourth chapter is the softwa re design of experimental platform's embedded controller including data sampling, Ethe met communications, data processing, interactive UI and other program modules; the fi fth chapter briefly describes the design and methods to achieve the application server and remote teleoperation client software; the sixth chapter describes the integration of the entire platform system and data processing.
