The Research On Micro Electric Car From Design Based On The Industrial Design Method

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the steps of urbanizations have been moving forward at a high speed.But it comes with a series of public problems,such as traffic congestion,environmental pollution and energy crisis.A large part of these problems was due to the traditional means of transportations,so many countries began to pay a lot of attention to research and develop the new energy vehicle designs,among them micro electric cars mostly high-profile.Because of the micro electric cars have body lighter,less energy consumption,no pollution,dynamic stability and simple structure,people see it as an important transportation in the future urban traffic system.Additionally,the designs of micro electric cars also can get rid of a traditional car designs.Personalization,fashion sense and miniaturization will be their markers.At the earliest,micro electric car came from the Golf cart and its history was not that long,so its research mainly based on the traditional internal combustion engine car design data which makes that research data designed for micro electric cars are rare.Many micro electric cars is the existed car models miniaturization and has no defined designs,which make micro electric cars lack in such aspects as human and vehicle modelling fastidious.So with the function research of micro electric car,the vehicle design considerations must also keep up with.The miniaturization of electric cars is not only smaller version,but also need to re-locate and re-design.Industrial design is a new subject under the industrialized mass production,and it is to solve the contradiction between human and machine.After hundreds of years of development,its theoretical system has been quite mature.This paper takes the micro electric vehicle as the research object and uses literature analysis method,analogy method,system analysis method and actual case method analyze fully micro electric vehicle design,basing on the ideology and method of industrial design.Firstly,this article states the basic situation of the micro electric vehicle,including the development of electric vehicles and its basic type,redefining the concept of micro electric vehicles,and extracting the design elements associated with the industrial design.Secondly,this article expounds the design constraints and design principles of the micro electric vehicle design and the application of industrial design method in micro electric vehicle design,and then combines with the actual design case to do analysis.Finally,based on the conclusions of the study,this article carries out the design orientation and the actual investigation,and presents the final design of the micro electric vehicle through the sketch,the three-dimensional model and the actual effect diagram and the detail display picture and so on,and states the future development of the micro electric vehicle.
