Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the development of domestic and foreign electric hydraulic actuator is strong, which is widely used in the field of petrochemical and nuclear power. The actuator with the quick closing function of the valve also has made considerable progress in technology, which improves the safety performance of the system. However, there is no complete theoretical basis for the study of the influence factors of the fast closing time, and there is no specific summary of the influence of the various components on the time with different parameters. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a fast hydraulic system with accumulator as the power source, and explores the effects of various components in the system with different parameters on the energy release of the accumulator.In this article, the from the modeling and Simulation of hydraulic system in the first determine the method of modeling and simulation, and to determine the accumulator release experiments of hydraulic schematic diagram and detailed on the system of the main hydraulic components is calculated, according to the needs of the selection. And based on the design idea of this principle diagram, the system is modeled and simulated.Based on the introduction of several commonly used modeling methods,AMESim is an effective way to study the performance of hydraulic system based on the modular modeling and simulation tools. And the characteristics of AMESim simulation platform and simulation process are described. This paper based on the AMESim simulation platform for the hydraulic cylinder, reversing valve and the whole system modeling. Through the parameter settings are different length, diameter,reversing valve path under the condition of simulation curves, and illustrate the analysis, summed up the law. The experimental part of the energy storage device can be used in the research and development of the valve block, the valve station and the hydraulic station, and the electrical part of the PLC is used to control the motor.Finally, the simulation results of the energy storage system in AMESim simulation platform are compared with the experimental data, which verifies the effectiveness of the hydraulic system modeling and simulation. According to the results of the application of the energy storage device, the analysis of the performance of the hydraulic system is perfect and feasible by the way of computer aided design.Provide a reference for improvement of electric-hydraulic actuator quick closing function.
