The Highway Construction Organization Design And Optimization Based On Ecological Impact

Along with the rapid development of our country’s highway construction, the environmental problem is becoming more and more prominent. Construction organization design is the programmatic document of the project construction management, its tasks are to make the quality and quantity of construction tasks completed through scientific co-ordination arrangement and system management for the characteristics of the highway. But in the past, the environmental protection works in the preparation of engineering construction organization design are relatively weak. How to strengthen environmental protection concept in the preparation of engineering construction organization design, make the requirements and design contents of environmental protection into the construction organization design, and effectively control the environmental pollution in the engineering construction preparation stage and construction stage, is the problem for highway construction managers needed urgently to solve.In this paper, the optimization content and method of highway engineering construction organization design based on ecological protection, are comprehensively analyzed through an engineering example-the Jicha highway engineering.Firstly, the impact on surrounding ecological environment from the main projects of sub-grade, bridges and tunnels, and the temporary sites of borrow pits, sand quarry, abandoned dreg sites are analyzed; and the impact on the biological community, land resources, and water resources in the highway construction are also analyzed.Secondly, based on the impact on the ecological environment of the highway engineering, the concept, principle, process and main objects of the construction organization design optimization are presented.Thirdly, based on the ecological impact analysis and the concept of construction organiza-tion design optimization, the specific ecological environment protection measures of the construction method, environmental protection programs, resource management and construction site management are presented in the preparation of construction organization design, so that the construction organization design is more comprehensive, more practical.Finally, the environmental performance of the construction organization design is evaluat-ed, the evaluation index system including resource utilization, environmental protection measures and construction site management is established, and the evaluation results of construction organization design are gained by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.
