Precision air conditioning is designed for the modern electronic equipment room. Its accuracy and reliability of the work to be more higher than ordinary air conditioning. Air conditioning humidifier tank is an important part of the precision air conditioning. Because of its working principle and the working environment make the humidifier tank can easily line into a thick scale,severely affected wetting effect and precision air conditioning life. Because of the traditional chemical cleaning methods can not be effective and safe place to scale this article refers to the physical cleaning methods of the electromagnetic induction method. In view of the traditional electromagnetic induction descaling device has low power and electromagnetic conversion efficiency and output frequency range of small faults. This paper designed the device type electromagnetic descaling winding high power series based on the resonance principle.Firstly, in this paper, carries on the design of produce electromagnetic conversion circuit, bipolar pulse fed RLC circuit by full bridge inverter circuit. Through theoretical derivation and Simulation proved of field in resonant inductor can be formed for high frequency alternating electromagnetic descaling. Then the material characteristics of the air conditioning humidification tank were analyzed,and the influence of different materials on the distribution characteristics of the electromagnetic field was analyzed by the finite element analysis method to determine the theoretical basis of electromagnetic descaling winding used in precision air conditioning humidifying pot device. Design the corresponding high frequency drive amplifier module to design the corresponding high frequency drive amplifier module.Secondly, according to the design of high power DC power supply, as HVDC bipolar pulse source of series resonant and analysis the parameters of the components in the circuit. In order to obtain high frequency bipolar pulse, through the analysis of the power switch tube and the switching characteristics of MOSFET in high frequency. The experimental results show that the driving amplifier module can effectively drive MOSFET in real time and has good high frequency characteristics. Its maximum operating frequency can reach 1MHz.Thirdly, in line with the characteristic of circuit parameters in series resonant circuit, the frequency sweep program is designed based on the MC9S12XS128 MCU Application module.Through the feedback of current parameters can quickly and accurately detect the resonant frequency of the circuit, winding line type electromagnetic descaling device working in real time at the resonant frequency.Finally, the engineering prototype design of group control experiment, determining the winding line type electromagnetic descaling device for PVC material precision air conditioning humidifying pot really has good scale inhibition, scale removal effect. At the same time to determine the optimal frequency for the application of air humidification pot scaling and the best time for work.
