Study Of Scheduling Optimization In Automobile Assembly Workshop

The automobile assembly plant scheduling optimization problem is one of the core problems in automobile assembly production.A reasonable scheduling scheme can effectively guide the automobile production,and reduce the cost.It's also the key to improve the production efficiency.The basic task of scheduling is comprehensive balanced position load,line side inventory,materials,equipment and other factors,so as to realize the effective allocation of resources,the production of cars completed on time.In this paper,the actual situation of J company assembly production as the research object,the optimization of automobile assembly plant scheduling problem is studied,the main research content includes the following parts:First of all,the papar studied on the automobile assembly production of J company in depth,analysised of the actual production problems.In view of these problems,the corresponding objective function is proposed according to the requirement of equilibrium of production system,and a mathematical model is established.According to the characteristics of the mathematical model,the model is combined into a mathematical model with multiple objective functions,and the multi-objective mathematical model is transformed into a single objective mathematical model with constraints.Secondly,based on the basic principle of genetic algorithm and the basic operation,according to the established mathematical model designed to solve the problem of the special operation of the genetic algorithm.Using MATLAB to achieve the program and the analysis of the solution algorithm.Based on the optimization technology of genetic algorithm,the optimization of the algorithm is studied by several methods,such as the adaptive technique,the change of cross method and the change of the scale of the tournament.The advantages and disadvantages of various optimization methods are discussed.Finally,according to the actual situation of J company,the paper establishes the optimization method and scheduling optimization method which is the most suitable for the company.Then,this paper analysesed the significance of system simulation using WITNESS.This paper analyzesed the WITNESS compared with the similar software,WITNESS simulation model is established in accordance with the actual situation of J company.The optimization model and algorithm are simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified.At the same time,the simulation operation can provide feedback to management decision makers in time,which can provide an effective solution for the optimization of automobile assembly line.
