At present domestic research mainly emphasizes the importance of engineering claim and the potential factors of claim of proposed project probability theory support,gave no control or calculation method of potential future claim events affect cost and operating technology,often lack of operability in practice.If,in accordance with the conventional methods,namely,control,and combined with the reference of similar projects of technical and economic data processing of the proposed project claim events,but this method and the actual situation tend to have larger in and out,since the claim costs over time,location and technical conditions of different and there is a difference.Only as a reference to similar projects may not accurately reflect claims the reasonable relationship between factors of cost.Therefore the probability of potential factors of claim of planned project and the corresponding claim cost operating methods of in-depth research,is has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper,we study the probability of claim construction project engineering,and with its as the core is established based on the theory of probability and statistics,the mathematical model of engineering claim processing.During the study,the engineering claims in the two kinds of relationship between(that is,the mutex relationship between independent and the relationship between the correlation)analysis,respectively,namely the combination of value engineering in the 0 to 4 score method and expert scoring method to determine the probability correction coefficient,then get the corresponding to the probability of claims in the proposed project.And and claim expenses claim event probability is deduced from the function relation between the part of the conclusion to ensure the reasonableness and accuracy.Finally,through a city model is established in a project phase ii project,illustrates the model of operation process,and completed the first phase of the relevant data comparison,and summarizes the research conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the future.
