With the rapid development of China's expressway,the number and scale of expressway service area has been expanded continuously.The higher standard and requirements for the level,quality and program of expressway service area are proposed by the whole society.It is highly concerned that whether the distribution,as the main part of logistics services in expressway service area,has sustained healthy and efficient development.The under-developed logistic level of expressway service area in Gansu Province has not fully performed its function,which does not only hinder the growing of enterprises there,but also affects the efficient operation of the entire expressway transportation system.Logistics distribution system of expressway service area in Gansu Province is taken as the research object in this paper.Firstly,the logistics distribution of expressway service area is discussed based on the theory of logistics distribution.Furthermore,the process,function and application of Management Information System(MIS)of expressway service area in Gansu Province are analyzed.Due to the existing problems of MIS in distribution center,the potential demand of expressway distribution system in Gansu Province is explored as well.Finally,the path selection of distribution system in Gansu Expressway service area is optimized with Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA),which fixes the optimal path selection with exceptional distribution.The optimization of the logistics distribution system of Serving Area on Expressway in Gansu province is divided into two parts:One is focused on the situation with single distribution center.Using the module development method based on the service flow,the comprehensive management system is developed into three modules by the web page design: all orders,completed orders and unfulfilled orders.Among them,all orders cover all the required distribution orders' information of the service area;Completed orders include the service area whose distribution has already been completed;Unfulfilled orders also have two sub modules: path planning for entire distribution service area and path planning for certain distribution service area.The above one generates all of the required distribution road map for the service area,and the latter one leads to a detailed route map of the distribution center to the specific service area.The other method is taking the single distribution center as the first level one,and other three node service areas are regarded as the second level distribution centers since one center could possibly increase the distribution mileage and the cost.First level center is in charge of distributing to surrounding and second level centers,while the second level centers just to their surrounding ones.As a result,the optimal distribution path can be worked out so that the distribution efficiency is improved and the systematic operation in distribution center isensured.In addition,the real-time,automation and visualization of daily management in distribution center are realized,the information's accuracy and timeliness are also improved.The research in this paper provides the reference ideas for enterprises logistics distribution in expressway service area,which has certain theoretical and practical value.
