| As a kind of clean energy, wind power has gained rapid development in recent years. It has important significance for the adjustment and optimization of energy structure, energy conservation and emission reduction, energy security as well as the response to climate change. Liaoning Province has abundant wind resources and a large number of wind farms. With the large-scale wind power grid operation makes the contradiction between wind power utilization and peak load regulation of power grid is more prominent. The power grid adjustment ability is related to the power structure and the output mode of the unit, which is the main technical factor to restrict the power utilization of the power grid. In this study, the distribution of wind farm and the output characteristics of time and space are analyzed from the power structure and power grid. This paper expounds the theory and method of wind power prediction, and makes a statistical analysis on the accuracy rate of wind farm power prediction in Liaoning power grid. The wind energy loss and the situation of the wind farm off grid are summarized and the reasons are analyzed. Based on the deep analysis of the seasonal characteristics of power network load, the composition and distribution of main load are presented. Through the analysis of the operating characteristics and the response time of the thermal power unit and hydroelectric unit, it provides the basis for the study of wind power utilization.Aiming at the problem between the acceptance of wind power and power grid adjustment, the scheduling strategy is given, including unit maintenance scheduling, spinning reserve, energy storage equipment settings. Finally, the mathematical modeling of wind power acceptance capability is completed. According to the power supply installed, the electricity growth forecast, the contact line is electrically arranged, the wind resource situation in Liaoning power grid, the boundary conditions are determined. The wind power acceptance capability of Liaoning power grid in 2016 is forecasted, which provides a reference for scheduling personnel to adopt reasonable scheduling policy. |
