Stray Current Monitoring And Analysing Of Urban Rail Transit System

Along with the advance of society, the urban transportation also developed rapidly,commuter trains,the subway, light rail and other means of transport in cities has entered people's lives, followed by a stray current issue has caused the wide attention of the society.By pipeline stray current flow to the soil subjected to the pipe body corrosion,according to statistics, 1 amp dc stray current in a steel tube high, at around 10 kilograms a year will lead to the erosion of metals. So much of the stray current on the surrounding pipeline facilities and the service life of building infrastructure has a serious threat.If not timely protection can cause a huge loss to national economy, and even endanger the running safety.To sum up, the stray current detection and control is of great significance.This paper expounds the definition of stray current, the causes of the stray current and the harm of stray current, the method of prevention and cure of stray current at home and abroad are summarized.Proposed the stray current research plan, study on simulation of stray current detection in laboratory, on the basis of device, designed a set of simulation to simulate the distribution of metro stray current.Finally, the paper introduces the design of the stray current monitoring system.Papers including the system analysis, system structure design, system hardware and software implementation, system debugging a few part.For each part of the system development is illustrated, and mainly introduced the realization of the hardware part of the stray current monitoring system.The biggest difference is related to the previous design, this paper designed a set of hardware detection system with the single chip processor as the core,this system can realize data acquisition, processing, storage, and can and PC communication.
