The power industry development is closely related to all aspects of the social development.With all aspects of high speed development in our country, people's living standard has changed a lot. Due to the increase in demand for electricity, across the country to make the size of the power network construction are also growing. Due to China's vast territory, the broad across regions,which makes in the power network construction may encounter all sorts of complex climate and geography. These complex factors make the power grid construction is faced with more and more difficult. Traditional bare wires cannot have satisfied the quality of construction guarantee, so, in this case,Aerial insulation line as a newmaterial has been widely used.At the same time of power network construction, in order to further guarantee the quality of the transmission and distribution, matching of regular maintenance work is also very important.For the moment, when carrying out maintenance work often adopt the method of constant power.This way of operation can guarantee the stable work of transmission, also can effectively guarantee the normal operation of the electricity industry. But, in this kind of work mode, there is an obvious problem that cannot allow to ignore: the workers' works become more and more dangerous. Live working safety protection system needs tobe further perfect.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature found that the current in the aspects of overall description of Aerial insulation line system to literature is less, also is more matter in terms of safety or protection. So, on this basis, this paper first on overhead insulated wire system in a system of detail, make relevant staff to further understand the work object. First of all, the article from the aspects of Aerial insulation line system and live working status to introduce the related theory, so as to lay a certain theoretical basis for study of the article. Then combined with application data to construct a system for the system of evaluation index system, from the economic benefit and social benefit two specific aspects and the whole system application level is evaluated, and concluded that the evaluation results. Finally, the article conducted a summary, point out the deficiencies in the process of research, and a prospect forthe future research direction.
