YHthermal power plant assume the task to meet the needs of power supply and heating in Shijiazhuang area. Itplays an important role for the supply of heating demand in Shijiazhuang. With the rapid development of economy and population of Shijiazhuang, the demand of electricity and heating is increasing year by year.What's more, our country is facing a serious problem of environmental pollution, especially in North china. In the face of this serious problem, thermal power plant is necessary toaccording to the characteristics of the thermal power plant operation and use advanced technology to upgrade their equipment to improving energy resources utilization and reducing the pollution emissions.High pressure circulating water heating technology has been widely used in the transformation of unit of the thermal power enterprises. The technology is mainly to reduce the amount of heating and increase the heating area, which is not to increase the size of the unit. The technology also has the characteristics of short construction period and economically of marked benefit. The high pressure circulating water heating technology suitable for YH power high pressure circulating water heating energy-saving renovation project, based on the characteristics, Under the encourage and promote of national energy saving and emission reduction policies, the power enterprises in the region that it have the conditions of heating carry on the heating reform to the pure condensing unit and implements the combined heat and power, which has become an inevitable trend.After introducing the related theory, this paper introduces the energy saving reconstruction scheme of circulating water heating for YH thermoelectric #2 unit. In the course of introduction, the necessity and feasibility of the transformation are analyzed. Then the economic benefit and social benefit of the project are analyzed.Finally, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the transformation scheme. In the comprehensive evaluation, this paper constructed a YH thermal power unit #2 high back pressure circulating water heating system, including evaluation index system, index weight method, index evaluation model.The evaluation index system including economy, society, environment and technology can reflect the effect of YH thermoelectric #2 unit high pressure circulating water heating scheme comprehensively. In the choice of index weight, this paper chooses the grey analytic hierarchy process that combine subjective and objective.In the selection of evaluation model, this paper selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation that is based on fuzzy mathematics, which suitable for application to the paper.
