Four typical since infrastructure and thermal system of 600 MW supercritical unit energy consumption statistics and the effective measures of comprehensive analysis, based on the optimized project of energy saving effect of before and after overhaul of the theoretical analysis and contrast, etc., to explore the summary about energy saving effect of 600 MW steam turbine method and Suggestions.Thesis mainly from the 600 MW steam turbine and thermal system energy saving research and academic background, research situation at home and abroad, a 600 MW steam turbine and thermal system energy consumption analysis of the situation, 600 MW steam turbine and thermal system issues to explore, 600 MW steam turbine thermal system and the practice and the effect of reducing energy consumption measures study direction to explore, 600 MW steam turbine energy-saving and outlook, etc., through Wushashan unit four more than seven years since the operation of the tracking and transform, respectively from the aspects such as the steam turbine and thermal system of600 MW steam turbine and thermal system conducted a comprehensive energy conservation practice in this paper.In recent years, the state's macro requirement and the enterprise's own development needs of steam turbine energy conservation and emissions reduction work is becoming more and more important. To this end, the company actively planning, based on actual operation condition of the unit, to brush type seal modification, the low pressure cylinder pressure extraction overtemperature brendan seal, high pressure cylinder is transformed,the low pressure cylinder internal reconstruction of gland, low pressure cylinder shaft sealing, vacuum pump optimized extraction method, vacuum system reformation, the valve leakage comprehensive treatment, the condenser spray device optimization,operation mode and valve overlap degree of optimization, etc., has carried on the comprehensive energy saving transformation to unit, has obtained the certain effect. In the light of the technical retrofit scheme and results to conduct a comprehensive analysis,summarized 600 MW steam turbine energy saving effect of the relevant conclusions.In addition, in the study of energy saving practice, this paper modified the unit operation and design of the manufacturer and electricity institute of technical advice,further adjustments, ontology upgrades from seal maintenance and sliding pressure operation, etc., of further energy-saving optimization of steam turbine put forward the important ideas and direction, safe and reliable for the steam turbine, economic stability and sustained energy saving optimization provides an important reference.
