Recent years, air pollution is becoming increasingly serious with the growth of economy. Air condition is closely related to people's health. Therefore the air quality more and more get the attention of people. Researchers have shown that for urban residents, most of their working time in the indoor environment. Indoor air pollution, such as harmful gases generated by indoor decoration, gives people serious health threat. In addition, the infiltration by outdoor fog and haze also become a major factor in indoor pollution. Indoor environment is relatively closed, so the indoor air quality is quite closely related to the health of people who live in. The above case reflexes a need of product which is able to detected indoor air quality and provides accurate parameters visible for users.The quality of life for modern people have become increasingly demanding. For household appliances, the need is not only for functional requirements, but also for product shape design, which is also an important factor in affecting the competitiveness of product markets. Based on TRIZ theory, the study used Technical evolution theory of TRIZ to discover the shape evolution of electrical products, and summed up a series of laws on product shape innovative design. The CAD shape model was established by means of the air monitor market and user research, and combining the theory of shape modeling.Innovation point of this subject is the intelligent monitor air appearance modeling design, the design of the product based on the method of 3D shape modeling, using CAD modeling software and built product's appearance. Simultaneously, based on the function of the monitor, the study drives an analysis of the operation process of the product user interface and designs the user interface prototypes. In order to let users have good interaction experience, high-fidelity visual effect of interface design. Combining the research on market prospect of air monitoring, and the study of the user experience, has designed a comprehensive air monitoring controller has the concept of the nature of intelligence.
