With the continuous development of social economy, port construction has been more and more people attention during the port construction and development process, the safe and reliable power system plays an extremely important role. But in recent years, with the rapid development of the port area of the load, the integrated port grid in the planning process encountered some difficulties and challenges, such as load prediction error is large, the power irrational; the expanded grid scale, short-circuit current exceeding growing prominent; external conditions pressure grid construction, project planning and other hard landing. In this paper, through the current domestic and international network planning methods and processes of sorting and research, considering the integrated port existing network structure, speed of economic development, land size, load conditions and other factors, based on cognitive science and cognitive systems engineering theory to carry out comprehensive research in Dagang Power Planning to electric power and energy forecasting and load forecasting results as a benchmark for the regional power balance network architecture make overall planning, optimizing the allocation of resources; achieve regional grid layout by studying high-voltage station site reservation, to allow sufficient space for the development of future grid development of the city, also studied reasonable smooth transition to a different grid pattern of the target area, and ensure that the integrated port power supply with high reliability, guaranteed comprehensive port each enterprise normal operation; Finally, summary and analysis, the high-voltage grid planning future trends.
