China is a mountainous earthquake country, slope under dynamic load would occurrence of landslide,collapse,collapse and other disasters analysis is particularly important. Therefore,slope stability problems become a hot issue of engineering construction today,people should be clearly recognized,rocky high slope stability or not,is should not be neglected in the infrastructure,its destruction,there may a catastrophic secondary disasters,and thus a threat to the city,enterprises and people's life and property safety,the lost will be very great.In Yongjing County of Gansu Province, Liujiaxia hydropower stations under the influence of Tao river sediment, the safe operation of the threat, in order to solve the accumulation of sediment and sill to the dam goes on continuously to ensure the stable operation of the power and the safety of the flood season, added in the Tao River desilting tunnel engineering, and the engineering geological conditions of on-site investigation and data collection, especially for unstable rock mass for detailed analysis.Tao River desilting tunnel engineering in Liujiaxia hydropower station, at the top of the inlet rock plug section of rocky high slope with fault F7, exposed height 1733 m, and to the deep(1690m ~ 1700m) extends along with pinchout trend, up to 15 m, the crack width 2cm to 5cm, in shock loads may stability problems, on dam safety operation and desilting tunnel engineering could cause damage. Therefore, it is very important to study the overall stability of the slope, and put forward the reasonable and reliable treatment plan.In the development of history, due to the influence of the geological environment, the rock mass has various geological structure and weak structure, such as faults, joints, cracks, etc., so that the mechanical effect of rock mass is weakened or even disappeared.The to the Liujiaxia Hydropower Station Tao estuarine sediment tunnel imported engineering rock slug of high rock slope "as the object of study, through to the slope region meteorological hydrological conditions, soil and vegetation, topography, lithology, geological structure, neotectonic movement and seismic are introduced, basic parameters and on the basis of selected rock, with FLAC3 D numerical calculation method to establish model of rock mass, the layout of monitoring points, at the bottom of the model input wave disturbance, discusses influence of the amplitude and duration of the two factors on the slope and stability analysis.Through the numerical simulation and analysis show that the rock slope under dynamic load, the vertical displacements of rock mass mainly in the top of slope and crack area at the intersection of, and with increased step, slope shoulder and toe in an unstable state and with the increase of the amplitude, slope horizontal to vertical and to relative displacement increase indicating that under the action of earthquake, rock slope existence weak link may slip or collapse. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the desilting tunnel engineering, according to the principle of prevention and control of slope, this paper presents the fire combination of slope reinforcement.
