Research On The Form Of CSG Dam

Cement sand and gravel dam is a new type dam which combines the roller compacted concrete dam and concrete faced rockfill dam.It uses a new kind of dam material--CSG material.CSG material is a material that adds small amount of cementitious materials to the riverbed gravel material or excavation waste materials,after mixing with equipment and simple process.The utility model has the advantages of saving the project investment,fasting construction,adapting to the environment,ecological protection etc.The research on constitutive model is still in the initial stage,have not yet received a generally accepted and widely used constitutive model,dam construction and section design has not been unified specification,and is not conducive to the research work of CSG dam,which restricts the further development of the new building dam technique.In this paper,the research results that based on the summary of a large number of test dataat home and abroad,combined with the national commonweal research project "cement sand and gravel material mechanical properties,durability and dam type research",obtain the following conclusions:1.Research the shear strength of CSGmaterial,obtain the corresponding stress-strain curves and the corresponding shear strength index.Researching on the rules of the strength of the CSG material,determine the inner relationship between yield strength,peak strength and residual strength and confining pressure,and the relationship between shear strength and compressive strengthunder different mix proportion of CSG materials.2.According to the stress-strain curve analysis of CSG material results,based on the research of Duncan Chang model,by using the virtual spring method to solve the softening properties of materials and to establish the corresponding constitutive model.To analyze and evaluate the model by Shou Koubao engineering,providing the basis for further study of the constitutive model and the type of dam section.3.Combined with the earth rockfill dam and the gravity dam design theory,determine the dam section form and control standard of CSG dam.The dam heel stress is mainly affected by the dam profile type,the stability safety factor is mainly affected by the influence of material strength index.Therefore,in the engineering application,according to the dam material strength index for the most economic profile type.4.The finite element calculation by using the nonlinear analysis method of CSG dam Analysis of the impact of the height and slope changes to the stress and displacement of the dam.Summarizethe stress distribution and deformation of CSG dam.
