Since the upper reaches of the Xiao Langdi Dam reservoir in the Yellow River began to run,leading to the lower reaches of the river and the river is a small river malformation,deformity of the river is very difficult to control.Nondestructive jet insertion technique is combine high pressure water jet technology with inserting pile technique,advantages is high efficiency,low environmental hazards,light equipment,easy removal and handling,suitable for use on the surface of the water in the Yellow River.Therefore,the non-destructive jet cartridge is used to control the deformity of the Yellow River.This paper is in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River emergency rescue and small water channel regulation as the research background,the repeated assembly type diversion pile dam using high pressure water jet in pile and the lower reaches of the Yellow River Soil as the research object,worked over in the water jet nondestructive instrumentation.As there are many factors affecting the stability of the cartridge,in this paper,designed and analyzed the connection device and the insertion process of the device by two key technologies in the following ways:(1)In this paper,for further research based on the traditional equipment to check,used the method of statically indeterminate,the formula of elastic curved beam and the method of force balance,the stress analysis and check are carried out.By using the Three-dimensional Modeling Software Solid Works and the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the finite element analysis was carried out to analyze the deformation and stress condition and further validation theory analysis was carried out.Through the calculation and analysis of the connection device,the safety of the whole equipment is improved,which provides a theoretical basis for the life of the equipment.(2)Through the analysis of the principle of high pressure water jet breaking,and the 3 main factors affecting the efficiency of water jet are analyzed.Design of ground breaking efficiency of nozzle,used critical ground pressure calculation method and high pressure water on the soil surface force was compared,calculated the minimum jet velocity,and provided an effective theory basis for water jet technology.On this basis,through the analysis of pile soil model,water jet cartridge for nondestructive analysis of process by using finite element analysis software ansys.By setting 4 different nozzle exit velocity,the comparison and analysis should be made with 4 different settling processes.Finally know that the water jet with greater speed,in loading faster,but if the water jet velocity is too large,the inserting more unstable.Finally select the reasonable nozzle exit velocity.
