Reactor played a reactive power compensation in power system,limiting short circuit current,the higher harmonic filtering etc,is one of the important power equipment of electric power system.Dry-type air-core reactor with initial voltage distribution uniformity,good linearity,low loss,low noise,easy installation,simple maintenance,etc.So since the 1980 s,beginning to use domestic imports of dry-type air-core reactor,around 1990 domestic manufacturer also developed the domestic dry-type air-core reactor products.At present,the level in the reactor 66 kV and below,more than 75% of dry-type air-core reactor,which are on the limit inrush current,reactived power balance and maintain system voltage stability plays an important role.Given the high rates of interturn short circuit fault and harmfulness in the 90 s,both at home and abroad to conduct the study of reactor turn-to-turn short circuit fault.This paper established the dry hollow reactor turn-to-turn short circuit fault of physical model,analysising of interturn short circuit fault physical model of electrical characteristics.Second,from interturn short circuit fault physical model and its electrical characteristics,getting dry-type air-core reactor turn-to-turn fault circuit model.Mutual inductance parameter is a necessary component of turn-to-turn short circuit model,thus the calculation method of mutual inductance parameters need to be explored.Turn-to-turn short circuit model,finally,based on the study of interturn short circuit fault of dry-type air-core reactor is the influence of power frequency parameters.Second,because dry-type air-core reactor is a small number of turns ratio interturn short circuit fault occurs,it is difficult to from the Angle of inductance and current interturn short circuit test.So in this paper,considering from the Angle of the magnetic field research of dry-type air-core reactor turn-to-turn short circuit fault detection method,analysis of dry-type air-core reactor turn-to-turn fault after the distribution characteristics of the magnetic field and study the detection method of the magnetic field.Interturn short circuit fault of dry-type air-core reactor magnetic field distribution appeared on reactor horizontal axial asymmetric phenomenon.The magnetic field distribution is no longer symmetrical,that is,the distortion of magnetic field distribution.Whether dry-type air-core reactor turn-to-turn short circuit fault occurring problem is converted to determine the question of whether reactor magnetic field distribution on the space symmetry.Then,in this paper,the reactor body installed a pair of detection coil method for experimental analysis,this for detecting coil winding to the contrary,about the reactor level in axisymmetric installation,series connection,through monitoring and detecting coil voltage change of the openings,can test for a symmetrical magnetic field,which determine whether the internal insulation reactor turn-to-turn short circuit caused by damage.Finally,in the reactor monitoring set threshold,the specific experiments to test specific reactor,the calculation of detecting coil voltage difference and threshold value after comparison,to determine whether a reactor internal insulation structure intact.
