Embankment Process runs along seepage,because the long-term role withstand p enetration exists the possibility of the occurrence of infiltration and sabotage.Combat engineering accidents caused by the penetration,the need for embankment dam seepa ge analysis,in order to work on the dam to make a reliable assessment of the state,the n design and implement the necessary seepage control measures to ensure the safe ope ration of the dam.Permeability seepage analysis as an important parameter directly af fects the results.The seepage of earth rockfill dam is accompanied by the infiltration of the seepage,and the possibility of seepage damage may exist in the course of the earth dam operation..In order to prevent engineering accidents caused by seepage failure,the seepage analysis of earth rock dam is needed to make reliable assessment of the working state of dam,and guarantee the operation safety of dam..The seepage coefficient as the important parameters of theseepage analysis has a direct influence on the calculation results..Traditional test method is time-consuming and laborious,and spatial scale effect,combined with monitoring data of numerical optimization method has the advantages of simple operation,relatively reliable result and method of inversion is used to determine permeability coefficient can avoid many limitations of the test method.In this paper,we study the permeability coefficient optimization inversion method of variable scale method,the use of this method for each zone of a Sloping Core Earth Rock-fill Dam permeability coefficient inversion.Inversion shows that the core wall of earth dam,dam foundation overburden and bedrock,rock-fill zone,alluvial soil in front of the dam,the permeability coefficient of the inner blanket,blanket and other areas;the inversion results are applied to a sloping core earth rock-fill dam seepage analysis and of the normal storage water level condition,design flood conditions,sudden draw-down of reservoir water-level condition of seepage analysis using software Geo-studio Seep/w.Seepage calculation obtained two-dimensional dam foundation seepage path graph,pore water pressure equipotential lines,discharge per unit width,etc.the calculation results.The calculation of seepage analysis of pore water pressure,the results refer to GeostudioSlope/w module obtained under different conditions is a slopingcore earth rockfill dam slope stability and safety factor.From seepage analysis results can be seen that the seepage flow and the reservoir water level is positively correlated,indicating that the dam foundation has formed a stable seepage channel;dam a leisurely than drop and the rollingof earth rock dam"code for design of osmotic stability calculation allows reduced as compared.Results of seepage analysis of two orders of magnitude lower than design norms,indicating that the stability of the dam seepage is very good;from the stability analysis calculation results can see:reservoir water in front of the dam hydrostatic pressure on dam upstream dam slope stability is favorable,with the sudden drawdown of reservoir dam suddenly lost the static water pressure resulting in upstream dam slope stability safety factor is reduced.
