Zinc-air batteries because of its high energy density,low cost,pollution and other safety features are subject to more and more attention,the discharge capacity of the zinc electrode is an important factor in determining zinc-air battery as a power supply of mileage.This paper focuses on improving the discharge capacity and the zinc electrode zinc electrode discharge through different continuous-time processing environment discharge capacity to analyze the reaction mechanism of zinc electrode in different working environments,and identify the best working conditions zinc electrode.According to the zinc-air battery discharge fever phenomenon experimentally derived cell optimum operating temperature,and analyze the reasons for this phenomenon from a theoretical perspective.Further increase in the zinc electrode discharge capacity under base to explore the future of industrial development model zinc-air batteries.The main work includes: a first,without increasing carbon electrode area of the premise,by changing the discharge mode zinc electrode,electrolyte replacement discharge process,blending(broken sponge,electrolytic zinc)and other methods to improve the zinc electrode discharge capacity.Second,the study storage electrode efficiency under different experimental environment zinc electrode,design experiments were stored from the cell environment,activated currents,storage time,four activation depth inquiry electrode activation,deactivation relationship.Third,starting from three zero critical temperature,explore zinc-air battery discharge characteristics under high temperature environment.Fourth,combined with its own characteristics of the zinc-air battery zinc-air battery industry development mode were discussed.The main progress and achievements are as follows:1.blending sponge broken,intermittent discharge mode,the regular replacement of the electrolyte can increase the discharge capacity of the zinc electrode;electrolytic zinc carbon electrode unit incorporated in the lower limit of the thickness of the zinc electrode area increases,increasing the limit amount of zinc electrode.The results show that diffusion is an important step zinc electrode reaction,the reaction product of intermittent discharge mode to provide diffusion time,the incorporation of broken sponge,regular replacement of the electrolyte to provide a reaction product diffusion properties;pure electrolytic zinc discharge because of small particles,the electron transport links,discharge power is low;electrolytic zinc mixed with zinc powder,zinc powder during the reaction with the electrolytic zinc intensification of large particles individually,one after another,toachieve a batch mode,while electrolytic zinc play "activity factor" and "made in zinc electrode the role of pore-forming agent " to improve the zinc electrode thickness of the carbon electrode unit area.2.activated battery,sealed storage than open air electrode to store a high electrode efficiency;activated current,the lower electrode efficiency;efficiency without significantly lower electrode in a battery stored for 1 week,and 1 month of storage efficiency of only electrodes 40% 1 week;the maximum utilization of cell activation depth is 40%.3.as the temperature rises,the zinc-air battery voltage is lower than the room temperature increased significantly,while the open-circuit voltage of the battery of a downward trend,but also lead to loss of water due to temperature increases,the early battery failure.The heat causes the battery internal resistance and overpotential decreased,resulting in the discharge voltage increases,high temperature and so reduce the difference between the potential of zinc oxide,resulting in open circuit voltage drop.4."electric-electric hybrid" business model to make up for the establishment of the existing battery market continued short trip mileage and other issues,the establishment of a business model for electric batteries,changed the traditional concept of battery charging only.5.flow batteries for the zinc-air battery applications has opened up a new road,zinc-air batteries of value worth pondering.
