Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up,China’s social development is rapid,people’s living standards gradually improved.The car as an integral part of life vehicles in the socio-economic development,material prosperity and bring convenience to people while promoting,but also bring more serious environmental pollution and energy shortages.Because pure electric vehicles with zero emissions,low noise and excellent operating experience and other characteristics,has been gaining more and more attention.In recent years,governments around the world introduced policies to stimulate the electric vehicle market,the major car firms have also invested a lot of money for a pure electric vehicle research and development.Visible,pure electric car craze really come.The purpose of this study is to design an electric four-wheel drive vehicles,according to the design requirements of key components to complete vehicle matching design.Then simulation model of each module in the ADVISOR software,and ADVISOR secondary development,simulation results obtained.Finalize four-wheel drive electric car trial,then obtain the performance parameters of the vehicle through the road test,and compared with the simulation results,thus to evaluate the dynamic performance of pure electric vehicles.This paper introduces the background of the development of pure electric vehicles,as well as the characteristics of research at home and abroad,revealing the development of pure electric vehicles inevitability.Then he elaborated on the basic structure of pure electric vehicles,working principle and common drive arrangement,and design of a power electric four-wheel drive car driving arrangement,given the parameters and components of the vehicle.Complete vehicle component parameters important match and draw a three-dimensional model of the vehicle.Modeling and Simulation of the vehicle before the required stress analysis,in addition to the vehicle traveling direction by the driving force,but also by the acceleration resistance,rolling resistance,air resistance and drag ramp,according to the car’s powertrain and stress analysis parameters can be drawn vehicle maximum gradeability,maximum speed and maximum acceleration force three evaluation parameters,and thencreate a pure electric car four-wheel drive vehicle model,wheel model,motor model,transmission,battery and final drive model in ADVISOR2002 simulation software model.Since ADVISOR2002 only be applied to the disadvantage of front-wheel drive car,its need for secondary development,the first pure electric car four-wheel drive force analysis,and to establish the corresponding vehicle simulation model suitable for four-wheel drive.The use of new models and vehicle and component parameters,dynamic performance simulation carried out on the vehicle,and draw the corresponding simulation results.The last part,the first is based on design,mechanical and electrical engineering in Anhui Agricultural University Park,began trial designed vehicles.Followed by the actual vehicle on a road test,actual measured data and simulation of dynamic performance of the computer data comparison,there is a slight error,but does not affect the accuracy of the simulation results,but also verified through the secondary development of software ADVISOR2002 rationality needle-type four-wheel drive electric vehicle simulation platform.
