Design And Implementation Of Tracking Outfire Car Based On MCU Used In Factory

Industrial fire often bring huge economic losses to the society.It is significance to development of intelligent equipment used monitor the plant fire risk in real time and replace personnel to complete the out fire task.The wind fire out fire scheme is proposed and intelligent out fire vehicle model used in factory environment is made in this paper.This article has completed the intelligent out fire vehicle design scheme,the hardware circuit design and software code writing,integrated debugging of hardware and software tasks on the base of study the out fire principle of intelligent out fire vehicle.The intelligent out fire vehicle model has the function of fire extinguishing and the experiment is carried out when this paper finished.Author planned the overall design scheme of intelligent out fire vehicle model first on the base of preliminary research.Namely using STC89C52 RC MCU as the control core of the intelligent out fire vehicle model.The tracking function module detects the path information and leads intelligent out fire vehicle model along a prescribed path movement.The flame sensor to detect fire source position.The intelligent out fire vehicle model start the fan of out fire after the flame sensor detected the flame.This article has completed the prototype design of intelligent out fire vehicle model followed.The design has two side.The first side is hardware design,using STC89C52 RC as intelligent out fire vehicle control core,also includes tracking function module,obstacle avoidance module,motor drive module,out fire module,flame detection module,power supply module,etc.The second side is software design,using C language as programming language,programming development environment is Keil,the programming process is modular design process.When the designed tasks is finished,the intelligent out fire vehicle model is intelligent.The operator as long as give a few instructions can make it complete the tracking out fire,automatic obstacle avoidance,obstacles to follow,and remote control independently.This article carried out the design of intelligent out fire vehicle model in accordance with the plan and produced out of the fire intelligent car model.On the other hand,made a series of experiments,Including: tracking out fire,automatic obstacle avoidance,obstacles to follow,and remote control experiments.The experiment proves the intelligent out fire vehicle model can detect the track,detect the flame and out fire the flame after found the flame.It also can finished the obstacle avoidance movement,obstacles follow movement and remote control movement.It is not only confirmed the feasibility of intelligence out fire vehicle modle to use in the factory district but also proposed the realization method of make the intelligence out fire vehicle modle through the this paper.It is very significative to realizes the intelligence and automation of factory district fire protection and outfire as well as reduces the threat which creates to the personnel life.
