| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization,the natural environment has been destroyed constantly,people pay more and more attention to the quality of living environment and begin to pursue a comfortable living environment that can make them experience the fun of nature,keep away from the noisy city,attach their thoughts to the landscape plants and relax themselves.Fengshui theory is a kind of living experience that summarized by our ancients who respect the nature,follow the natural rhythms and get along with the nature for a long time.Fengshui theory can guide our ancients’ daily life,it is a kind of quasi-science including modern meteorology,microclimate,geography,hydrology,airflow,ecology,architecture,psychology and so on.The objective of Fengshui theory is to investigate on the spot,understand the internal and external characteristics of the environment,observe the land and taste the water,determine the basic address.Then they use the nature and reform the natural topography and drainage to create a good and comfortable living environment,eventually reaching the state of ‘nature and humanity’.This paper mainly studies the Fengshui theory and its application in classical garden and analyses the scientific and rational elements of Fengshui theory.After a summary,I put forward new ideas of Fengshui theory used in landscape planning,the basic is observe the land and taste the water,the core is “energy”,the basic principles are with hills on the back and with water in the front,hide the wind and gather the gas,keep the balance of Yin and Yang,the basic model is ‘Four animal’.In simple terms,firstly,we explore and analyze the terrain,soil hydrology,natural climate and so on to determine the basic address;secondly,we use put four animal as an ideal pattern to plan and use buildings,trees,drainage,mountains to adjust and improve the field microclimate,also we create a warm in winter and cool in summer,comfortable and quiet living environment to achieve the result of hide the wind and gather the gas,to increase people’s life culture connotation and improve the quality of people’s living environment.Through the summary and analysis of Fengshui theory,by exploring the scientific and reasonable part,putting forward new planning ideas and applying it in modern garden planning,not only can we inherit Chinese traditional culture,improve the modern garden culture connotation,strengthen the characteristics of modern landscape theory system in our country,but also we can select modern garden location reasonably and make overall layout,improve the microclimate of living environment,create a comfortable living environment,indirectly satisfy people’s need of hasten luck and avoid disaster. |
