With the further advance of " The 4 Length Lines and 4 Breadth Lines " construction work, to consider the construction of high-speed railway as the representative for line-road engineering is in vigorous development. At the same time, it also puts forward higher accuracy requirements for the measurement work of this kind of line engineering. For example, the projection length deformation value in the coordinate system should not be greater than over 10 mm/km according to the "Code for Engineering Survey of High Speed Railway"(TB 10601-2009) in order to ensure high smooth of the passenger dedicated railway and precision of geometric linear parameters. For this reason, this paper takes the line-road engineering including cross-band area as the research object to the problem of projection deformation, and the methods of solving the projection deformation error are analyzed from the causes of projection deformation. The main work of this paper is:1. According to the basic principle of Gauss projection, the causes of projection deformation error are analyzed. And the methods of reducing the error of projection deformation are analyzed. According to particularity of the cross-band area, the applicable scope and characteristics of regional ellipsoid are analyzed, and regional ellipsoid projection with any band based on compensation plane is proposed. This method although has larger length deformation, but it can weaken the direction error compared to the Gauss projection with any band based on compensation plane.2. To ill posed problem of normal equation in Burse model, the conversion parameters should be processed with Tikhonov regularization, improving the precision of the conversion result for peripheral point. The influence of the distribution of common points on the conversion model is analyzed, expanding the application range of Bursa model.3. The common GPS leveling fitting models are analyzed. On the basis of polyhedral function, the improved polyhedral function model is proposed by changing the parameters of the kernel function. The improved polyhedral function model has good applicability in the cross-band area. And it is to be verified through the analysis of actual case, which further shows the theoretical advantages of polyhedral function model.4. According to the research on the projection deformation in the cross-band area, the line-road engineering control survey data processing program is developed by using VS2010 C++ as the development tool. Through verifying a survey data, the results show that the program developed in this paper is correct, and it also meets certain accuracy requirements.
