In order to solve the existing switching devices such as quantity, power loss, difficult to control and other issues of conventional matrix converter, recently proposed a new type of circuit topology, called two-stage Matrix Converter. These innovative circuit topology using conventional matrix converters indirect modulation principle, the AC-AC converter decomposed into AC-DC-AC converter contain rectifier stage and inverter stage.First introduced two-stage matrix converter topologies, Two-stage matrix converter comprising 18 switches as research subjects and introduction the modulation strategy in detailed. Rectifier stage uses zero-current vector space vector modulation strategy; inverter stages ordinary space vector modulation strategy. The simulation model is built by simplifying the double space vector modulation strategy and analyze operating characteristics.Secondly, two-stage matrix converter voltage transmission is relatively low, this article presents a novel circuit topology to increase the voltage transfer ratio, use the boost characteristic of quasi-Z source network, to add to the two-stage matrix converter input. Analysis of the working principle and modulation strategy, then use MATLAB to build simulation models to verify that the topology has a good performance and the input and output voltage gain greater than one. Finally, the two-stage matrix converter is applied to the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Analysis of the control system under the traditional PI speed regulator, to provide an improved Anti-Windup speed controller integration for its possible runaway. Through the simulation and comparison of the two speed regulator based on two-stage matrix converter-permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, the results show that the improved speed regulator control system is more stable and can effectively reduce the overshoot. |
