At present our country in carbon emissions calculation measurement of the standard, specification only in December 2014, the implementation of the "standard of building carbon emissions", in the aspect of construction only involved in the construction field, for the subway construction in terms of carbon emissions is not standard, clear and unified regulations and standards, based on global warming intensifies the status quo, respond to a nation "low carbon", "green" concept of development, as well as carbon database, need to be improved in this paper, in view of the whole life cycle of the subway shield construction process of the carbon emissions for the study of assessment.At present our country in carbon emissions calculation measurement of the standard, specification only in December 2014, the implementation of the "standard of building carbon emissions", in the aspect of construction only involved in the construction field, for the subway construction in terms of carbon emissions is not standard, clear and unified regulations and standards,based on global warming intensifies the status quo, respond to a nation "low carbon", "green" concept of development, as well as carbon database, need to be improved in this paper, in view of the whole life cycle of the subway shield construction process of the carbon emissions for the study of assessment.This paper is based on the LCA theory, putting forward the suitable for subway shield tunnel construction of carbon emissions measurement framework, drawing lessons from the bill of quantities in the form of a budget quota valuation, putting forward the use of engineering quota for the calculation of carbon emissions in the consolidated calculation model. In Nanchang city rail transit line 1 civil six standard project as an example, to measure its carbon emissions. And from the Angle of management, the construction technology of reduction optimization method is proposed.According to the results, the database of carbon emissions quota established in this paper could help assess carbon emissions in the process of the subway shield construction. Calculation results show that the shield machine in the normal period ofexcavating accounted for 32.87% of total emissions in the process of carbon emissions. For example, with the use of new method for controlling preventing mud cake during the thirty duct pieces construction, 36085.23 kgCO2 were reduced, which proved that the new method has a positive effect in carbon emission.
