Steel cable-stayed bridge in our country, the traffic infrastructure construction has an important position, in more than 400 cable-stayed bridge has been built, nearly 1/8 of the part or all of the cable change jobs, change is the main reason is that the stay cables of cable-stayed cable wire have been found in severe corrosion, so the cable wire corrosion law of development has important practical significance.In the past the cable wire corrosion research mainly uses the full section method of uniformaccelerated corrosion, and there is a certain mismatch between the local cable corrosion in natural environment. Based on the full investigation of cable corrosion types and causes,this paper focuses on the cable wire in different stress conditions, the local section of the accelerated corrosion law of the development of experimental conditions of corrosion were studied.Complete the following contents:(1)The main of the collection of domestic and international cable corrosion and relatedexperimental research on the method of data, this paper introduces the development and the present experimental study on Corrosion of steel commonly used test methods.(2)The use of bridge cable not corroded steel wire as the test sample, the total cross section of wire uniformly accelerated corrosion experiments, discusses thecorrosion law of variousforms of corrosion.(3)The corrosion test results of mechanical properties of steel wire at home and abroad forthe show, the influence of steel wire pitting corrosion pit parameters on the mechanical properties of steel wire, steel wire corrosion test according to current research methods,design different stress conditions, the specific test method simulating the naturalenvironment of the development of the steel pitting.(4)The wire tension samples using special anchorage, pitting development of steel wire wereobserved continuously, the trend of pitting made time-varying parameters based on the numerical parameters under different Stress corrosion development, the development ofsteel pitting with tensile stress increasing fast rule.
