The formation of different types of wetlands is affected by the local unique natural conditions and human factors,full of rich local flavor,with obvious regional differences.Regional differences in achievement each wetland areas or hidden or obvious characteristics,by digging where these qualities,building full of rich cultural characteristics of wetland landscape,they can leave a deep impression to the tourists and increase the identity of the local culture.Hailar River is atypical grassland in the wandering rivers,alpine wetland characteristics makes this wetland landscape area showing a different scenery.So the study of the relationship of Hailar River Wetland and culture is of great significance to build the Hailar River within the scope of the wetland park landscape characteristics.Firstly this paper analyzes the typical natural landscape resources of wetland from riverlandscape,sky landscape,bogs landscape,meadow landscape,Carextatou landscape,shrubland scapeetc.Hailar River wetland culture is mainly represented by Hack culture,grassland culture with the characteristics of ecology,nomadic culture with the characteristics of comply the laws of natural,the achievements of the nomadic of horse culture,rich ethnic style of the dairy wine culture,the distinct features of the exotic culture etc,and it is also the site of the ancient city,the ancient battlefield where Genghis Khan.Paper analysis the natural resources of Hailar River Wetland how it affects the development of culture,explore the cultural factors in turn reflected in this kind of earth texture,make the wetland landscape more characteristic on the basis of data collection,field investigation and theoretical study,take Hack culture,grassland culture,nomadic culture and horse culture as the representative explained how the Hailar River nurture and influence cultural development.Secondly,it puts forward that the Hailar River wetland landscape planning and design should follow the principle of ecological principle,overall planning,functional principle,regional characteristic principle and from the seven aspects of the architectural style,water,landscape sculpture,landscape plants,landart landscape,wetland bird watching,cultural square and put forward methods and suggestions.Finally,taking the planning and design of Inner Mongolia Chenba'erhuqi Tao Hai Wetland Park as a case study application,through the overall planning and detailed design of landscape nodes,illustrate how the Hailar River wetland combined with culturalelements,build local characteristics of wetland park landscape style.
