In addition, due to the large temperature difference between a day and night, the repeated thermal cycles, the strong ultraviolet radiation and other special conditions, the traditional asphalt materials cannot meet the requirements of pavement performance for the heavy traffic, durability and stability. The asphalt road material quality requirements are increasing. It is urgent to improve the asphalt mixture performance. Through the literature review of previous domestic and abroad studies, and a large number of indoor tests, the recycled PE was obtained using collected waste agriculture film, the recycled PE and SBS composite modified asphalt was manufactured which a certain proportion of added to join the matrix asphalt, through the different dosage of PE/SBS composite made from modified asphalt by using high speed shearing equipment that testing basic performance, analysis and evaluation from the aspects of modified asphalt mixture that PE/SBS modified asphalt modification effect.Using orthogonal experiment design, the effects of the modification agent dosage, proportion of modifier components, stirring time and stirring speed on the asphalt performance was considered. Based on the orthogonal matrix analysis at the optimum asphalt binder content, optimum parameters for preparing PE/SBS composite modified asphalt are:6%content,1:1PE/SBS ratio,30 min stirring time,3000r/min stirring speed.Through PE/SBS modified asphalt mixture test, the results show that the matrix asphalt adding PE/SBS composite modifier can improve moisture susceptibility of asphalt mixture the high-temperature stability and low temperature properties.To sum up, using the composite modified made with recycled PE from waste agriculture film can alleviate pollution of the environment and promote Xinjiang region "Developing green traffic" the goal of play a positive role. |
