It mainly belongs to the northwest arid areas of Xinjiang. Characteristics of climate, for the temperature difference between day and night, strong ultraviolet radiation, less rainfall, dry air, the wind sand more, belongs to the typical temperate desert steppe climate.In recent years, Xinjiang develop infrastructure construction at the same time, due to the large increase of vehicles and the overload phenomenon is outstanding, causing many roads less than life on early damage occurs.Here, the winter cold, summer heat and temperature difference between day and night great climate environment, in order to reduce the overloading of vehicles, overloading occurs in arid desert region the temperature and load asphalt pavement fatigue failure to carry out this study is very important.With research laboratory test method for accelerated loading, relying on G216(colorful bay-Da Huang Shan) test road project, using finite element simulation analysis and indoor test and field prototype vehicle accelerated loading simulation analysis and comparison of the test method, analysis of the arid desert area of asphalt pavement fatigue failure of the law of occurrence and development, the paper studied the adapt Xinjiang asphalt mixture fatigue life prediction model and the prototype vehicle accelerating the fatigue life of the pavement loading are analyzed and compared with the prediction. Through studying the selection of raw materials, asphalt mixture design and fatigue life, in order to provide some reference for the study of the asphalt pavement in arid desert area.
