The Interior Design And Research Of Aisn's Electric Car

As the energy and environment problems have been changed more and more serious, the development of new energy vehicle has became a new direction of automotive industry in the future. As the main force of this trend, electric vehicle has been attached great importance to major vehicle factories and countries. Although has been invented at early time, electric vehicle has not been drawn attention by the world until recent years. Therefore, the research of electronic vehicle around the world are still remaining in the starting phase from the perspective of design. In this situation, a good chance would be offered to help us to take a lead and remedy the gap of the automotive industry area between our country and other developed countries.Based on the realistic project of Aisn's concept EV interior design this paper takes interior design of electric vehicle as the break point. Considering current circumstance of information age, new technology, new experience standard, and new direction of aesthetic lead the development of EV to the direction of informatization,intellectualization, and interactivization. All the technical factors and humanity factors lay the foundation for automotive interior design, especially the styling language of EV, and also bring it an opportunity to subversion tradition interior design.This research explores the way of how to combine the new style with new function under the new trend of model styling, and how to conclude the unique design language of EV interior's styling.Based on the design process of project, the basic composition, development and style system of electric vehicle interior have been analyzed in this paper, during the preparation stage, also explored the multiple factors that affected the its styling. After surveying a plenty of typical EV samples, two main style of current EV interior styling — Organic Modeling Style and Deconstruction Modeling Style, have been summarized, and also the style of the future trend has been forecasted. In the design practice stage, a lot of sketches have created to inspire our mind, then the “submitfeedback- iteration” way has been took as design process to implement the project.After the digital model was constructed, we discussed the structure problems of engineering with Party A engineer, adjusted and solved the problems, and finally complete the project together.In the end, the design process, design idea and design methods from this paperhave been systematically summarized, which could provided electric vehicle interior design with some theoretical summary and practice experience.
