Energy is the foundation of human survival, and the important condition of steady development and economic progress of human society.According to the forecast recently released by the international energy agency, the results show that, with the continuous development of global economy and society, human will continue to intensify the pressure on energy in the future. Therefore, the energy problem has become the world's major strategic issue, which will directly affect the economic stability and development of the society.In this thesis, based on the national natural science fund project, the finite element analysis of the existing main body device of groove type condenser is firstly conducted. And then structural optimization is done according to the results of finite element analysis, in order to improve the work performance and wind resistance performance of groove type condenser group, and ultimately improve the focusing effect of groove type condenser group and reduce the cost.In this thesis, the groove type condenser located in a test site of Zhangjiagang city, Jiangsu province is taken as the initial research object. The main structure of groove type condenser is firstly analyzed, and the three-dimensional finite element model is established. Then, the groove type condenser has carried on the finite element modal analysis, and the contrastive analysis between the finite element analysis results and the prototype test results was conducted. The verification results show that the three-dimensional finite element model of groove type condenser can well simulate the actual existing structure, and can be used in static analysis and structure optimization analysis of groove type condenser. The three-dimensional finite element model is used for statics analysis of the groove type condenser, with the equivalent static wind load from the results of wind tunnel test. The analysis on the static stiffness and strength of the structure of groove type condenser is conducted, and the outcomes of displacement and combinational stress under different conditions of various vertical angles are obtained. After analyzing the different static results on the condenser structure under different working angle, the most unfavorable condition is ascertained, which provides the initial data for subsequent structure optimization analysis.On the basis of the former analysis of the equivalent static wind load, the optimization analysis on the structure of groove type condenser is conducted and the improved design structure is put forward. Firstly, increase the steel cable with pretension force on the mirror support and determine the diameter of the cable and the size of the pretension value. Secondly, optimize the supporting point of mirror base and determine the relatively optimum supporting point. Finally, optimize the section size of the mirror support and mainframe of the groove type condenser, according to the principle of manufacturability. The overall optimization plan is to guarantee the better working performance and more stable wind resistance of the structure under the most unfavorable condition.
