Microbial fuel cell(MFC)is a kind of virtue with the electrical characteristics of producing microbial metabolism,the underlying organic chemical energy can be converted directly to people directly use the power conversion equipment.However,the electric power efficiency,not only by external resistors,internal microbes and organic compounds such as macro the parameters,but also by the electrode interface associated with the biochemical reaction process of MFC,comprehensive effect of thermal physical field parameters and biochemical parameters and neighboring regions.In the mechanism of scholars have always hoped to achieve on the temperature field of microbial fuel cell,the concentration field of real-time visualization.This paper based on temperature field microbial fuel cell research and development,software visualization concentration field goal as the research content,to the temperature field of MFC,real time dynamic distribution of matrix concentration field Accurately and visually expressed,in order to construct a set of MFC reaction mechanism of new monitoring means.Therefore,the research work in this paper to improve the microbial fuel cell power efficiency has an important role in promoting.In this paper,Visual C ++ 6.0 as a visual software development language,designed a 3D visualization software system,realized in the MFC temperature,substrate concentration visualization field observations.The main contents include:(1)To build the 3D visualization software system of data acquisition platform.Using fiber Bragg grating demodulation instrument SM125 and FBG sensor is realized within the microbial fuel cells on the measurement of the temperature of a space point;Using a single ended corrosion FBG sensor with self intellectual property developed in our lab,the temperature and concentration of a certain point in the microbial fuel cell were measured simultaneously;The temperature field and concentration field data acquisition system are constructed in the form of SDM-WDM hybrid FBG network;(2)Presented first on reflection spectrum signal data were limited amplitude average filtering pre processing,secondly on the pretreatment of temperature field,substrate concentration field signal were fitted to a Gaussian peak searching and centroid method was used to find the peak,the temperature field of discrete points,substrate concentration field data of Kriging spatial interpolation reconstruction of 3D data field ofthe process.(3)Complete the temperature field and the concentration field of 3D visualization system software of each function module of the interface design.The main work includes:the main interface,database configuration interface,visual display interface and other interface design work.The design of 3D visualization system software has abundant friendly operation interface,function,etc.(4)The software system of 3D visualization of the temperature field and the matrix concentration field in MFC is completed.The system can realize the visualization of the temperature field and concentration field in the microbial fuel cell.The software system realizes the real-time dynamic distribution of the temperature field and the matrix concentration field in the MFC,and it can express the function accurately and intuitively,provided a set of new monitoring means for studying the mechanism of MFC reaction process.
