The Orbiting scroll of Scroll Compressor often does graphic circular motion under normal working condition.Volume change between static and dynamic scroll are made by continuous engagement between the fixed scroll,so that the gas to achieve compression.Therefore internal fluid change in motion process and deformation of orbiting scroll in the fluid change are also very important.The research project of this article is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Project number: 51375515).Purpose of the study is that study internal fluid flow field changes in the course of their work,Compressor type lines are based on general scroll profiles.Study stress-strain analysis and the distribution of temperature of scroll in the internal flow field coupling effect.This paper studies have the following sections:(1)A detailed derivation about the principle of universal line in the first part of the article was made.The performance and structural parameters of scroll profiles on the basis of the general profile of the expression vector was summarized.Programming design scroll type lines vector based forms of expression in MATLAB toolkit.A brief introduction to the GUI about generating performance parameters has been done.Use MATLAB tool kit compile program generation profile,Import the profile data to 3D modeling software and set up a model comparison model actual compressor.Simulation exercise in the three dimensional model and internal law of motion of the compress.Use various physical parameters of actual test actual model as the boundary conditions of fluid analysis section.(2)In the fluid part,flow field pressure and temperature distribution of three dimensional model of the scroll compress in four different angles moments were analyzed,the changes in pressure and temperature of the plane were also analyzed.(3)Use the data flow computation to couple orbiting scroll calculations,mainly study stress and strain of the movable scroll.Use data connectivity in ANSYS software to conduct stress and strain analysis in 3 kinds of the forces of different angles.They are only to withstand temperature loads,only to withstand the gas pressure load and as well as to withstand temperature and gas pressure forces the load.(4)In studying distribution of temperature of the movable scroll,we also use the fluid data to coupled analysis on each of the compressor rotated by 90 degrees. |
