In aircraft engine, blade plays a key role of energy conversion, it is the heart of the engine. As an important part of engine, the engine has had a huge impact on the quality of blade. Multi-variety, big amount, poor cutting performance of materials, complex profiles and strict technical requirements for blade cause the long preparation period of process and production, complex manufacturing process and non-uniform manufacturing process methods.The trial manufacture of compressor rotor blade is mainly based on manufacturing process and method of batch production of the traditional blade, this requires not only a lot of fixtures, and the process of production preparation cycle is long, once the design drawing is changed, it will cause a lot of waste.Based on a certain type of compressor rotor blade as an example, this paper focuses on the core content of blade manufacturing (technical requirements, rough part manufacturing process of the blade and blade manufacturing process, etc.) to carry on the systematic discussion and research. The manufacturing process of the blade level directly decides the quality of the joint and blade surface. In this paper, the influence of two process on the manufacturing quality and efficiency of a rotor blade is studied, and ultimately developed a clamping process integration processing. Through the rational design of the clamping fixture and the stability of the system, it improves the overall rigidity of blade NC machining system. And in the whole manufacturing process in the application of digital design, digital manufacturing, automation technology, digital measurement, change the traditional process, improve product quality, accelerate the pace of new product development. This paper also introduces the blade body surface precision no residue NC milling method, analyzing the high-temperature alloy thin blade deformation influence factors in the process and how to control, and based on the measurement results of blade, through optimizing cutting parameters and cutting routing, model, on the model and processing program to debug and compensation, maximum limit reduces the blade deformation, achieved the process of NC cutting accuracy requirement.In this paper, the research results have been successfully applied to aircraft engine, new scientific research, small batch of rapid development, precision measurement and testing of new blade of shorten the manufacturing cycle.
