With the development of the society and the improvement of the living standards, the demand of living environment of people is becoming higher and higher. Compared to the traditional air conditioning, the task air conditioning system (TAC system) not only improves the thermal comfort of users, but also rises the temperature of background area and improves the efficiency of the air supply which achieves energy conservation. Meanwhile, the TAC system leads to inhomogeneous environment. The rules of human thermal response in non-uniform are not clear. There is no maturity indicator. Therefore, the research of human thermal response in non-uniform thermal environment is quite necessary.Based on the experimental data of simulation of the office of associate site, the paper analysed the changing rules of human thermal sensation to the TAC system in the non-uniform thermal environment firstly, established the evaluating model of human thermal sensation based on the environment parameters and presented the range of thermal comfort of human body based on the equivalent temperature. Secondly, the paper analysed the changing rules of human skin temperature variation under the process of head stimulation in non-uniform environment. Giving the temperature range of the skin when the head stimultaion of non-uniform environment of the body in a neutral state through the regression analysis method which caculated the relationship between skin temperature and thermal sensation of human body in non-uniform environment.Finally,the paper represented the application of the evaluating model of thermal sensation in the station air conditioning control system, gave the reference range of non-uniform environment parameters and the suggestion of the adjustment of the parameter.Equivalent temperature take into account air temperature, velocity, the average radiation temperature, clothing resistance and other parameters which affect human thermal sensation as an indicator to simplify the number of environmental parameters the index. So in this paper,we got the comfort zone of equivalent temperature of human comfort condition through the establishment of the relationship between the equivalent temperature and thermal sensation.The analysis of the skin temperature and thermal sensation under non uniform thermal environment of the TAC system was divided into the non steady state and the steady state.The research showed that facial skin temperature is closely related to the overall thermal sensation of the body when the head stimulation was in the inhomogeneous unsteady environment stage through the partial correlation analysis.Geting the change rate of the linear realationship of the overall the human thermal feeling and the facial skin temperature in unsteady stage through linear regression.The paper found that the face'thermal sensation of the greatest explanatory power by comparing the use of the back of the hand and the finger skin temperature to evaluate the overall thermal sensation of the human body.After stimulation of the head steady phase of human thermal sensation and mean skin temperature showed good linear relationship. The average human body skin temperature could be as a reasonable and effective human thermal sensation objective evaluation index in a stable environment. Besides, Facial and hand skin temperature on the human body's overall thermal sensation also had a certain explanation.The research put forward a kind of air conditioning control strategy based on the exsiting model which described the four dimensional model relationship including background temperature, simulus temperature, the wind speed of simulus and overall thermal sensation.The paper also identified the range of environment parameters of human body in local hot and cold stimulation in neutal zone by analysing the changing realationship in the perspect of qualitative analysis.
