| For deep pile foundation(upper bearing capacity is larger), and poor geographical conditions(Rivers and lakes, swamps, etc), the traditional static load test method for testing arrangement up very time-consuming, power-consuming,and then launched a self-balancing pile foundation inspection methods. Self-balanced pile foundation inspection methods in the middle of the pile body applied load, the pile in the engineering application by the different load position, test results need converted to the load and displacement when pile under top loaded(the traditional static load test results), the difficulty of determining equinoctial point position, and the difference of pile side friction between the traditional static load test, make people for self-balanced pile foundation inspection methods in doubt.(1) This paper introduces the principle, test process, conversion method of self-balanced pile foundation inspection methods. Comparing the difference of load and displacement between the traditional static load and self-balancing pile foundation inspection. Discussing individual problems in the self-balanced pile foundation inspection: Combining with pile axial force transfer, defining the position of equinoctial point, indicating it is better for determining the ultimate bearing capacity when the position of load cases is low than the equinoctial point position; Analysing the conversion formula; Discussing scope of application of self-balanced pile foundation inspection,and so on.(2) Introducing the methods of simulate pile under load by using the finite element software ANSYS. Simulating pile under load by using ANSYS, analysing the influence to side friction by the soil physical parameters;Comparing the positive ultimate side friction and the nagetive ultimate side friction, comparing the force and displacement of the soil around pile between the pile top loading and the pile bottom loading, get the results that the value of force and displacement is bigger when the pile is top loaded.(3) Simulating pile under top loaded when the soil around pile is single, appointing the ultimate value of force and displacement.Calculating the value of force and equinoctial point, simulating pile under loaded when the load position is in the pile body, testing the correctness of equinoctial point by comparing the results of different load position; Simulating pile under loaded when the the position of load cases is low than the equinoctial point position, and get the results by changing the value of force to the period of pile.(4) Simulating engineering self-balanced pile foundation inspection living example,and simulating pile under top loaded, the results are similar; Appointing the ultimate force and displacement by simulating pile under top loaded, calculating the value of force and equinoctial point, simulating pile under loaded when the load position is in the pile body,completing the tese by using self-balanced pile foundation inspction. |
