Because of its simple construction, good atomization effect and spray deposition uniform, ultrasonic atomization technology is generally used in multitudinous areas just for medical atomizing inhalation, atomization humidification, dust collection, internal combustion engine oil supply, composite coatings, agricultural atomization cultivation and chemical spectral analysis and the rest. With regard to thoroughly understand the atomization principle, this article embarks from the mechanism of liquid atomization, respectively introduce the analysis of the current commonly used way of liquid atomization and application characteristics, to explore the principle of ultrasonic atomization technology and application status in the various technology, defined the ultrasonic atomization technology advantages in terms of life atomization humidification.The atomizing piece of ultrasonic atomization is composed of piezoelectric ceramic (PZT4) and stainless steel (SUS304), firstly, this paper applying numerical simulation method by dint of FEM software to constitute the constitutional model of ultrasonic corruption through modal analysis, harmonic analysis to capture the corresponding resonant frequentness and magnitude of the fluctuation territory of the ultrasonic atomization, and compared with the theoretical value and experimental value. It is proved that the numerical analysis of effectiveness in analysis of piezoelectric ceramic problems and get the ultrasonic atomizing sheet structure parameters (thickness, diameter, etc.) on the resonant frequentness effect.In order to explore the different frequency ultrasonic atomization effect, with the help of a particle image velocimetry on commonly used different frequency ultrasonic atomization experiment test and investigation, with the drop image and the velocity field, we discover that the best resonance frequency of ultrasonic atomization is 112KHz, so this frequency is chosen as the atomization module in the intelligent control circuit.The Arduino microcontroller control board in the control circuit as the control core, and the peripheral circuit to selection of modules, with the help of the bluetooth module can make use of intelligent mobile terminal control of smart control circuit, it can get mobile terminal control, LCD display, temperature and humidity testing, water testing and other functions, according to the intelligent control circuit, the control software of the smartphone is sketch out to catch the function of controlling the software.Finally, based on the intelligent control circuits, depending on the size parameters of the selected components, structural features, the overall structural design of portable ultrasonic nebulizer, under the basic functionality to meet the basic needs, achieve optimal structure to meet the requirements of a portable, and then to the commonly used two kinds of atomizer on the market with the aid of ultrasonic atomization principle to design, realize the basic requirement of the ultrasonic atomization and portable.
