With the development of intelligent building and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, air conditioning system which accounts for about fifty percent of building energy consumption is used more and more widely. So study on energy-saving and comfort of air conditioning systems have become a hot issue control research. Nowadays most air conditioning systems are mainly dominated by temperature control. However, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the comfort of air conditioning systems is a key of performance indicator. The comfortable humidity is as important as suitable temperature. VAV is a multi-variable, strong-coupled and nonlinear system. Strong coupling temperature and humidity are difficulties of the air-conditioning system control. Based on a practical project, this paper completes the overall scheme design and subsystem design of air conditioning system according to system requirement. With the research of decoupling control method and control strategy of VAV air-conditioning, combine intelligent control method and decoupling control to control the indoor temperature and humidity. Optimal decoupling control method of air conditioning system is proposed to solve the problem of coupling between temperature and humidity control and achieve the goal of energy saving control.Firstly, analyze VAV development at home and abroad. Study VAV terminal controller principle, control methods and other content. Based on the building project, master plan including network systems architecture, building control system, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, air-conditioning systems of VAV air conditioning system is proposed. Equipment selection of parts of the system is also completed.Secondly, because of multi-variable and strong-coupling characteristics of VAV air conditioning system, decoupling control method is used. Wavelet neural network decoupling controller is designed in this paper. It is the combination of wavelet transform and neural network. Effect of decoupling control system is improved. Compensate the object for a system which possesses linear transfer relations and a decoupled standardization system. Then complete the integration of pseudo linear system with the linear system theory in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and comfortable in air conditioning system.Finally, it models for temperature and humidity circuits of variable air volume air conditioning. Methods of BA decoupling and GSO decoupling is researched. Experimental results show that control performance of GSO decoupling control scheme is better.
