In this paper, the author combines the two engineering examples of the sandwich modification technology, introduces the characteristics of the sandwich construction technology, and puts forward the design scheme. Application of Midas/Gen finite element analysis software to analyze structural response characteristics under the action of static load and dynamic load. By comparing the dynamic characteristics of plant transformation before and after the structural static and analysis results prove that the sandwich transformation technology is reasonable and feasible. On the basis of this, put forward reasonable structure optimization suggestions. The research contents are as follows:1.Analysis of the transformation of the old industrial building needs to be used in the transformation of the relevant technology. The commonly used transformation forms in the sandwich reconstruction project are summarized, and the connection method of the new and old member in the transformation, and some engineering reconstruction technology, engineering materials, etc., which are used in the connection of the nodes are also summarized. At the same time, it also introduces the structure of the detection methods and structural modification of the need to use the reinforcement method.2.According to the engineering test results, the existing problems in the reconstruction are analyzed, and the strengthening design scheme is put forward.
