With the rapid development of China's nuclear power, nuclear power plants are set into the operation one by one. It should be possible to improve the thermal economy of nuclear power plant, and in order to reduce the cost of nuclear power generation, and to ensure the safety and economy of the unit. Through analysis and comparison, it is found that the thermal economic analysis model of the existing nuclear power plant has some disadvantages, such as the poor commonality and computational complexity. The thermal economic calculation and analysis matrix model of the PWR plant is established by using the steam water separator as a special type of heater and the premise of full consideration of the heater, which can quickly analysis the impact of the thermal system parameter changing on the thermal efficiency degree, which is also for the optimal operation of nuclear power generating unit has very important practical significance. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Considering the characteristics of the thermal system of a typical PWR plant, which a general mathematical model for the thermal economic analysis of nuclear power system is established. The model can provide a basis for the calculation of the thermal economy of the pressurized water reactor. And Math CAD software is used to calculate the influence of the parameters on the thermal economy of the pressure water reactor nuclear power plant.(2) Physical modeling of the main steam and steam system of nuclear power plant was carried out according to the physical model, and the mathematical model of the main steam pressure, the main steam temperature and the temperature of the steam temperature was calculated. At the same time, in the thermodynamic system variable condition calculation, which calculates main steam pressure, main steam temperature and auxiliary steam water flow parameters of PWR plant thermal economic influence and related rules.(3) According to the established mathematical model, with two kinds of pressurized water reactor unit as an example, the calculation result will be the drawing to reflect the cycle thermal efficiency of thermal economy vary with parameters trend chart. On the basis of analysising the influence degree of each parameter change on the thermal efficiency changes and the thermal efficiency of distribution, finding out under the same disturbance rate and same conditions influence on heat economy of unit degree and the trend.
