The Construction Of Smart Distribution Power Grid And Application Distribution Of Baoding-Electricity Valley

As the load center of distribution power grid, the Baoding-electricity valley of the development zone are the economic and cultural centers of cities which need the highest power quality and bear maximal economic losses and social influence when power failure. At present distribution power grid in electricity valley of the development zone has failed to meet the demands of economic growth. It neither adapting to penetration of distributed energy source nor satisfying the need of improving power supply reliability. Consequently,constructing a modern distribution power grid that possesses the perfect structure, technology leading, efficiency interaction and flexible reliable is the imperative strategic deployment for power grid enterprise.Based on the construction project of smart distribution power grid electricity valley of the development zone in Baoding City, planning and construction of smart distribution power grid in core areas in Baoding City was systematically researched studied in this Paper. Through analyzing the present condition and problems of distribution power grid in electricity valley of the development zone, the planning objectives and construction principle of distribution power grid in core areas were proposed accordingly. Moreover, optimization of network structure, equipment modification,construction of distribution automation system, upgrade of distribution power grid information system, construction of distribution power grid communication system,introduction of distributed power supply were discussed to put forward an actual building program of distribution power grid in electricity valley of the development zone. This paper has established technical theory system, which gives the reference value and theory support of smart distribution power grid planning and construction in electricity valley of the development zone.
