Its characteristic is big power density,charging high power density, rapid charging and discharging also excellent storage advantages such as long life.The thesis making super capacitor energy storage control units as the research object and study it in the independent photovoltaic power generation system relative to the other advantages of energy storage device. First of all, compare super capacitors and other conventional energy storage devices. In addation, analyze the super capacitor energy storage way, advantages compared with the traditional energy storage device of super capacitor energy storage. Then study the DC energy storage unit thus further design the applications and pass the authentication.On the basis of theoretical analysis improving the traditional super capacitor model then establish the equivalent parameters of super capacitor model. The hardware circuit using commonly used chopping circuit, namely straight conversion circuit(Buck), choose MOSFET switch device. Its characteristics are high switch speed, good stability and lower drive power.In addition, using single-chip microcomputer as control part of the characteristics charging circuit, built the super capacitor model of independent photovoltaic power generation system based on MCU’s advantages like high efficiency, low cost, simple of practice. Finally, in this thesis design obtained described the super capacitor charging controller and then simulation model for controller. |
