The railway is the most important mode of transportation in our country,it is the artery of national economy. For rail lines across the reservoir,the bank collapse is a typical natural disasters after storage in the reservoir, the occurrence of bank collapse will affect the normal operation and the safety of the railway. Therefore, in view of the reservoir bank near the railway bridge,it is very necessary to set up a scientific and reasonable bank collapse risk evaluation method.In this paper, using the bank near the site of Qianyaozi railway bridge as the research object. Through the study of main factors of the bank collapse,one kind of risk evaluation model of bank collapse of the bridge location based on cloud theory and the extenics theory are established.It can provide the scientific basis for safety assessment of the bank.(1)This paper investigates the geological conditions,the hydrological conditionsand the situation of railway transportation,and detailed analysis the bank slope shape characteristics,the water level change,precipitation,groundwater,the extreme minimum temperature,the earthquake,the heavy-duty train dynamic load,the natural slope toe,the slopeheight,the strength of the wind,the combination of the bank,the rock mass weathering degree,the rock joint fracture,the blasting engineering.In order to determind the main factors of the bank collapse,it is necessary to analysis the relationship of the interactionbetween various influencing factors. Finally,it can be determined that the main factors of bank collapse are the natural slope,the slope shape characteristic,the water levelchange,the strength of the wind, the combination of the bank,the rock mass weathering degree,the rock joint fracture,the earthquake,the extreme minimum temperature,the heavy-duty train dynamic load and the construction of blasting.Then,the risk evaluation indexsystem of the bank collapse in the railway bridge is set up.(2) Studying the weight vaule of the main factors on the basis of the risk assessment index system of the bank collapse in the bridge location, and put it into the the risk assessment based on the cloud theory and the extenics theory to actualize the risk assessment of the bank collapse. By comparing the results with the actual investigation, the results of the cloud theory and the extension of the risk assessment are basically consistent, especially the result of risk assessment based on extension theory is more reasonable..(3)Rspectively using the cloud evaluation model and the extension evaluation model to study the relationship between change of the influence factors and the risk level of the bank collapse,it can be obtained that the rock mass weathering degree,the rock joint fracture and the water level change is the main sensitive factors of the bank collapse in the bridge site.(4)In order to build a platform for human-computer interaction,applying the VB 6.0 to complete the " bank collapse risk warning system in the Qiaoyaozi reservoir bridge site area"(5)Finally,combined with the development process of bank reconstruction,it puts forward some effective measures to prevent and control the possibile bank collapse type in the area of bridge site.
