How to evolve the durability of concrete structure under the erosion of sulfate ion is a hot issue in recent years.Due to the erosion of sulfate ion,the corrosion of steel in concrete,the durability of the structure,the bearing capacity of the structure is reduced,and the service life is reduced.Sulfate erosion leads to the decrease of durability of concrete,strength decreases,which leads to the process of destruction of concrete structure is outside of the sulfate ion diffusion into the internal structure of concrete,the structure and composition of chemical reaction,the product is expansion,the resulting coagulation soil volume is swollen and damaged.It is very necessary to predict the life of the structure under sulfate attack.Papers at home and abroad of the sulfate ion erosion concrete durability research results in the foundation,through the use of ANSYS finite element analysis software,sulfate erosion formula into inverted siphon model,and modeling,loading,and after treatment,combined with the ANSYS analysis of the data,according to sulfate erosion,erosion fatigue life prediction ideas of sulfate erosion of hydraulic structure life prediction,the main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)according to the sulfate ion in concrete diffusion reaction law,according to the concrete structure of the empirical model proposed by Fick's law and the reference to previous sulfate ion erosion,the establishment of the changing strength of concrete under sulfate attack.(2)using ANSYS finite element program,the analysis of inverted siphon structure in sulfate solution erosion to the first 10 years,20 years,the 30 years until the 100 years after the structure is an important section should force changes,the results show that concrete under sulfate produced by strain at the edge of the section is relatively large,from the edge of the far smaller strain;concrete structure by sulfate erosion produce compressive stress in the most areas of the section,may in the corner there is tensile stress.(3)through the extraction of ANSYS software to calculate the data and carries on the analysis,the structure should force is more than the design limit,so as to predict their life,if within the specified period without failure,need certain reinforcement scheme.
