With the development and improvement of thin layer rolling construction technology, the number and height of the concrete face rockfill dam are increasing rapidly, and gradually become one of the main dam types in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. However, the settlement of rockfill dam during construction period and operation period is an important factor affecting the safety of concrete face rockfill dam, and the deformation of the panel is directly caused by large settlement. In order to study the influence of concrete face rockfill dam on the safety and acceptance of the project, this paper collects the data of the concrete face rockfill dam in Zhejiang province. Based on the analysis of the three axis test results, the reasonable control range is studied:1 Study on three Large axis test on pileA large scale three axis test was conducted to study the influence of the parameters of Duncan Chang E-B model parameters on the dam settlement and the stress of the dam. Statistical analysis has been built, and the parameters of E-B model and the statistical relationship between density and porosity are analyzed.2 Study on settlement controlBased on the finite element numerical simulation, the influence of the deformation of rockfill dam on the stress, deflection and deformation of concrete face rockfill dam is analy zed. The reasonable control range of the low dam in the wide river valley and the settlemen t period of the panel are presented.3 Analysis and Research on the data of provinces of middle scale and above in concrete face rock fill damOn site investigation of concrete face rockfill dam built, the monitoring data of dam settlement are collected, the design, construction and testing data of the project are collected. The main factors affecting the settlement deformation of concrete face rockfill dam are studied.
