The equipment get rid of the traditional of using lead and apply high pressure water squeezing the tube into three. Therefore, it plays an important role in energy conservation and environmental protection, reducing the lead, repair lead blank, drilling, deleading process, saving the cost and production time,solving the problem of environmental pollution by lead, and solving the problem of the high cost of wastewater treatment plant. Because of the constraint of the design method and manufacturing capacity, since the running of this equipment, the quality requirement of the three-way pipe product is meet in function but exist the leakage of hydraulic components, the summer high failure rate, low product yield, high energy consumption, poor stability of equipments and other shortcomings. Therefore, the improved and fault diagnosis to the equipment are needed for extending the service life of parts and improving equipment efficiency and reliability.The paper take three-way pipe water swelling forming hydraulic machine of a refrigeration accessories enterprises in fo shan area as the research object. On the basis of studying the working mechanism, the research aim at the damage of seals and hydraulic hoses in the summer high temperature, high energy consumption and high oil temperature etc, finally proposed the following solution:(1) Through the improvement of the hydraulic system, saving the system energy consumption.(2) Through the analysis of the damage of sealing ring and hydraulic hose, finding the solution avoiding the destruction.(3) The thermodynamic simulation is used to analysis the heat exchanger of shell and tube type oil box by the fluid analysis software-FLUENT, obtaining the influence of cooling water entrance temperature on cooling system.(4) Through the comparative analysis of many schemes, improving the original oil cooling system and making the design selection of equipment and software briefly, solving the quality problem of oil temperature too high and water swelling forming. Finally, through the improved practical production verified the feasibility of the scheme. The research results of this paper provide a technical reference for the design of new water swelling forming three machine and upgrading of old hydraulic three machine and has a certain reference value.
