The energy problem increasingly subject to national attention,nowadays the automobile as the main means of transportation expand gasoline and diesel oil products which as vehicle fuel,people pay more attention to the evaluation of fuel economy.The evaluation to fuel economy,which is an important vehicle performance,depends on driving cycle,this article we make a research on the development method and experiment research on Vehicle economic driving cycle under urban complex road for passenger vehicleThe main work is as follows:(1)This paper studied the construction of the driving conditions and summed up the deficiency when developing driving cycles in China.Then we put forward to the content of this article.(2)We made a reasonable planning for the test,including the sampling method,sampling time,route selection,parameters,data and other information Then we built a real vehicle test system which has a higher precision in acquisition accuracy and a stronger stability,can meet the acquisition collection of a large amount of data and longtime read test on the multi channels.(3)The urban road was classified into main road,subsidiary road,express road,by-pass road four ranges.We considered road classification,traffic condition,city construction,driving habit,trip phase,etc.Then processing the collected data,then through the criterion for the division of the characteristics of road condition with different time period.(4)When making conditions we first defined the condition time and short stroke number,then through a correlation coefficient of the sample working condition criterion number and the road test criterion number we made initial economic conditions.Each of the short stroke in the conditions can represent the road conditions in the classification.(5)We verified and adjusted the conditions using drum fuel test,after that the completed correlation coefficient of the economic conditions criterion and the road test condition criterion reached above 99%,the error of fuel consumption per hundred kilometers was less than 3%,which proves this method is effective and practicable.
